I was very impressed with honest 1! They figured out what was wrong with my car quickly and gave me great advice on how to proceed with repairs; trying the least expensive method first. This turned out to be the correct fix so we were so happy to get an honest assessment which didn’t often happen!

I was a walk-in on a busy day and they helped me get the oil change I was looking for all the same. Sincere customer service, and I love to see the environmentally friendly (though I admit I don’t know how a car repair shop could be environmentally friendly?) emphasis. A great business! Everyone should switch from the mainlines to Honest 1!

Please note that we are as environmentally friendly as we can be for our industry- we recycle everything that can can be recycled or recaptured. Some shops do not do this and instead of reclaiming refrigerants the dump them to atmosphere or just refill. We follow all industry best practices.
