Just moved to this area and had a coupon for an oil change. I was given all information on what they saw wrong with my car but also an honest opinion on to whether or not I needed to fix it immediately. Friendly staff. Tony was great at explaining everything and giving me cost of any additional repairs. Clean waiting room. I will absolutely be back.

Stopped by on a whim to see if someone could assist in removing my car's license plates in order to put on new ones, as I'd had no luck doing so myself. Two awesome employees (unfortunately I didn't get their names) attempted to help, but to no avail. They suggested I stop back the following week when there would be a tech working who had the means to do the job. As recommended, I returned. Tony greeted me in the lobby, then called in Chad. Both also great guys, they took the time to make sure my plates were removed & replaced in a matter of minutes...at no charge. You have earned yourselves a new customer. My Mini & I will be back. Thank you very much for your time & attention!!

My garage door stuck 3/4 of the way open and I didn't see (rear window cutoff is conveniently right at that height...). Not only did I shear off my radio antenna, it pulled up part of the roof. I called in, sorry I forget who I spoke with, and was advised to bring it by for an assessment. Nate took care of the front end and Chad handled the vehicle. Not only did Chad reconnect the wires, he pushed the damage out as best he could and re-attached the antenna almost good as new! This might not seem particularly interesting, but the end result is much better than I could have done and the turnaround was exceptional. (I left the same review on Google as well!)

They were able to mount 2 tires on rims for a trailer on very short notice. Thanks guys!

My check engine light came on and my car had poor heat. The thermostat was bad The staff took care of my car immediately. Great service. I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

They got me in same day, listened to me, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and got my car back to me by the end of the day. It was a wheel bearing issue. They also fixed a squeaky steering wheel no charge. Blows away the Ford dealership service dept!

I always feel comfortable taking my vehicle to Honest-1. I don't know much about cars so it helps to know I can trust them and they won't take advantage of their customers.
