I recently took my vehicle into Honest-1 Auto Care in Bloomington for the first time. I can’t say enough how impressed and pleased to say that Nate was professional in every way to keep me updated and arrange to get parts needed so that I was the least inconvenienced. Chris, the technician, made adjustments in his schedule for my benefit. I truly felt that I received above and beyond customer service! I will definitely recommend others to bring their auto needs here and will return myself with my future auto care needs. Great job!

I was having issues with car stalling but had no engine light. There was no code that they could find but they stuck with it and were able to duplicate my issue and get a code to fix my issue. I appreciate that they were dedicated and did not give up on looking for the root of the problen

The employees at this place are great! The mechanic that worked on my vehicle (Tony M.) really knew what he was doing and I was surprised on how fast he got the job done! He was very honest and told me what I needed to fix and what could wait.

I did a pre purchase inspection at this place and they gave me a lot of good tips on my new car before I buy it which was really helpful. Nice and clean place. Recommend it to you if you look for a decent price by the way.

One of best shops out there. They are not only professional at what they do but the name lives up to who there are as well. They are honest and trustworthy. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so.

I went in for a routine oil change. I ask Nate to check out a noise my wife was hearing. Thankfully they did check it out and I had a bad wheel bearing. Which they were able to repair later that same day. I am very grateful that they checked it out because my wife had been hearing the noise for about a month, so who knows when that wheel could have fallen off. As a side note I did check with my car dealer and they did not have the parts so it would have been at least another 5 - 6 days before they could have repaired it and the cost was about the same. Since I moved here 3 years ago I have been coming to the Bloomington Honest 1 and I have always felt I could trust them.
