I am very pleased with their work on my car. They found out why the check engine light was on right away. They were able to fix the engine problem and install new brakes in a timely manner. I dropped my car off at 2:30 and the work was done at 5:00.

Had my transmission fluid changed and they got me ont heir calendar quickly, were very courteous to deal with, and got me out the door sooner than expected!

My family has been coming to Honest One in Bloomington for most of our car repairs for a while now and they are wonderful. They do great work, are friendly, have reasonable pricing, and are great about explaining everything to you fully. It can be difficult to find a place like this for car repairs. Very highly recommend.

Kind, knowledgeable and on time!!

I brought my car to Nate and his team when I had some warning lights appear on my dash. Nate checked it out and found several issues with the car… not surprising, it’s an old 2005 Ion! However, Nate also took the time to explain all of the issues and kept my costs down by walking me through what fixes were a priority. They ended up working in my car for a week and gave me a loaner to use during that time. Nate also called everyday to keep me updated. I was so impressed with their honesty and the time and care they put into my old car. In the end, my repair costs were way less than I was originally quoted; and all because Nate really was thoughtful about what to repair and how to repair it. I would highly recommend Nate and his team. They went above and beyond…I truly have never had such personalized service. Thank you Nate and everyone on the team!!!!
