Asked them for an estimate for a broken sway bar link. An hour later I get an estimate of about 10 grand for "everything" that was wrong with my vehicle. I'm a mechanic who just wanted a quick oil change (it's less of a hassle bc I don't have to get rid of the drain oil). Tomorrow I'll be lifting my truck in the air to see if anything they quoted has any merit. Which I think they were just trying to upsell me in a big way. Bc I take care of my truck. Will post what I find.

Once again, Manager Nate has helped me enter phone numbers into my car phone and figured it out in very little time. He's just the nicest, most courteous guy you'll ever meet....especially in the garage business. Both Nates are gracious and really pleasant to work with and don't take advantage of customers. In fact, they go out of their way to make sure you totally understand what your car may need or not need.....really honest & straight forward. I'll never do car business anywhere else! Thanks, guys.

The oil change went fast , you guys put in a new filter and the car was in great shape another good job !

They really over delivered. Was so surprised to experience a comprehensive inspection that was spot on when I got my oil changed. The price was true to the name, Honest and Nate Miller's customer service as the first contact person was excellent.

Wasted an entire afternoon. Originally went to a different place that said they couldn't do a transmission fluid change on my 11 Jetta. So I looked around and found Honest-1, gave them a call and they said they could do it. Relieved I went to my appointment a few hours later and after waiting one hour they came out and told me they didn't have an adapter they needed. They didn't charge me anything and were courteous but what an embarrassing experience and the frustration mounts.

This company was professional and so friendly. They were kind and shared with me what they would do if it was their vehicle in the shop. They did a quick and proficient oil change. The waiting area was so cozy and I felt really comfortable waiting for my car to be finished. I would recommend this place to anyone. It had a real ma/pa shop feel which I personally really liked.

The guys at Honest-1 are always so pleasant and friendly every time I get any services done. What I appreciate the most about the guys is that they are honest with me regarding any extra services or parts that may need to be replaced or repaired. It’s nice to know I have somewhere to go that’s not going to try and rip me off or sell me for things I don’t necessarily need. They provide comfortable accommodations while you wait, Wi-Fi, magazines, tv and great music. This last time I was able to work a bit on my online class lesson while waiting for my oil change to get The service was done faster than I anticipated, so I didn’t get as much of my lesson done, however I was early to my next appt.

Got an oil change for our Car and it was really fast and smooth. Nate was very professional and was able to provide updates and let us know what maintenance was needed for our vehicle.
